Raygun-proof cologne and possible lore implications
With the release of the three “Funny Bytes” today we got an interesting drop of world building in Bite #1, the invention known as “raygun-proof cologne”.This could mean two things, either Paul Mall Cop is being supplied with experimental military grade weapons and armor, or the town of Funnyville is so filled with crime that it necessitates an invention that protects people in day to day life, like wearing a bullet proof vest wherever you go.
Either option has a lot of implications, is Paul Mall Cop working directly for the government and not for the people he is saving? Whose interests does he serve? Are the people of Funnyville living in such terror on a daily basis? How does this effect the mental health of the residents, does Funnyville provide free healthcare to it‘s citizens to cope with the near constant war with Poopburbia?
Let me know what you guys think in the replies, I am honestly very intrigued as to where the comic will go from here and if it will address these issues.
